Egypt’s Renewable-Energy Platform Creates Opportunities for Clean-Tech Partnerships

On 22 October, Scatec and EBRD announced a renewable-energy investment platform for Egypt backed by an EBRD commitment of up to $221 million. The platform is designed to support development and financing of projects across Egypt’s clean-energy sector, potentially creating opportunities for technology firms and specialist service providers.
